"Standing Ovation" tells the story of five junior high school friends who form a singing group called "The 5 Ovations" to compete in a national music video contest for a cash prize of one million dollars. With limited funds and resources, these street smart kids use their wits, courage and passion to create spectacular song and dance numbers that compete with their arch rivals "The Wiggies." “Elvis” will also be coming to the Calico Stage. Long recognized as one of the best Elvis tribute acts around, performing artist, Raymond Michael keeps the memory of Elvis alive with his upbeat, classy and entertaining tribute to the "King of Rock & Roll” that will be running twice nightly July 3 and 4.
Additionally, guests who have not seen Knott’s ice show “Everyone Loves Snoopy,” or had a chance view “Snoopy’s Starlight Spectacular,” will want to make these a priority on the 4th of July along with Knott’s special fireworks presentation at 9:30 pm.
