Too busy to even figure out how to schedule a workout in? An O2 MAX coach will be checking in with you regularly to help keep you on track and give you timely suggestions and tips. Students can communicate with O2 MAX coaches via text, Facebook or email.
GREEK FIT: Get toned and tight for fall rush in 12 short weeks by following a personalized workout and nutritional plan developed by one of 02 Max’s certified physical fitness experts. The simple to follow exercises can be done in your dorm room or at the local gym and will have you looking your best and feeling great just in time for rush. Greek Fit is a quick and healthy way for you and your sisters to bond, get in shape, and have fun while getting the results you’ve always wanted in just 12 weeks by following a personalized workout plan aimed at achieving your goals effectively and efficiently. Group workouts are available following pledge week.
