Blockbuster Screenwriter and Producer Steven E. de Souza Opens Worldwide Search For Up and Coming Filmmakers Through Talenthouse

Steven E. de Souza invites aspiring filmmakers to produce their own take of his Webby Award winning suspense anthology UNKNOWN SENDER. The filmmakers will receive full credits, wide exposure through the release on StrikeTV and the chance to work with Steven E. de Souza, one of the handful of screenwriters whose films have earned over 2 billion dollars at the worldwide box office.

He asks filmmakers the world over to produce their own short films that will be showcased as part of his suspense series “Unknown Sender,” which was an unprecedented triple honoree at the 2009 Webby Awards for Best Writing, Best Dramatic Series, and Best Individual Performance – Timothy Dalton.

To be considered for this opportunity, filmmakers are asked to visit http://www.talenthouse.com, select one of four scripts provided, produce their episode based upon the script and then submit the finished film to Talenthouse. Scripts used for the episodes were previously selected by Steven E. de Souza through a script writing competition by Talenthouse partner Scripped.com.

The selected filmmakers will receive full credits, wide exposure through the release on StrikeTV and unknownsender.com, their share of ad revenue generated on StrikeTV and constructive feedback of their film from Steven E. de Souza himself. The ten runner-ups will receive a signed copy of the Die Hard DVD collection plus autographed copies of Steven’s critically acclaimed graphic novel re-boot of Will Eisner’s “Sheena, Queen of the Jungle.”
