The Residences at City Center by Clark Realty and City of Manassas Park's Department of Parks and Recreation team up to host a 4th of July celebration with food, fun, music, and fireworks!

The City of Manassas Park Department of Parks and Recreation, in collaboration with Clark Realty, will host the first annual “July 4th Festival” at Clark Realty Capital’s newest community venture, “The Residences at City Center.” The celebration, scheduled from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., will have food, music, rides, as well as local vendors, and culminate with a spectacular fireworks display.

The July 4th celebration will give guests an opportunity to experience the charm and convenience of downtown Manassas Park-- with safe pedestrian access. “Aces and Eights,” one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s top Classic Rock cover bands, will provide entertainment for all to ages to enjoy. Favorite city vendors will also provide guests with their all-American favorites, including: sandwiches from Big Willies BBQ, Eastern Star’s funnel cakes and fried Oreos, Party `N A Pita’s best-selling wraps, United Franks of America’s hot dogs, ice cream by Bais Industries, and plenty more!

The Heights viewing area, on the grassy knoll of City Center, will allow residents and non-residents alike the opportunity to enjoy a world-class fireworks show with the best view in the city. All are welcome to bring their lawn chairs and blankets to watch the display in all its splendor. The Residences at City Center strictly prohibits the following items in this area: pets, bikes, scooters, grills, alcohol, sparklers or any other firework that could potentially be harmful otherwise. Parking opportunities are available on-site for a small fee. Signal Hill Park closes at 6 p.m. on July 4th. Please expect major traffic delays.
