“As an East Bay resident and business owner, I have always been a huge fan of Diablo Magazine. To be recognized for my work is a true honor.”
Walnut Creek, CA (PRWEB) July 2, 2010
Jennifer Chaney Photography, who specializes in capturing family’s candid moments, today announced she has been awarded Diablo Magazine’s Best of the East Bay for Family Portraits. Diablo Magazine asked its readers to select their favorites in 125 categories, including for the first time best family photographer. The magazine received an overwhelming response from east bay residents casting 134,442 votes. Jennifer Chaney is featured in the July issue of Diablo Magazine under the Kids and Parenting section, a great resource for east bay parents and their children.
“As an East Bay resident and business owner, I have always been a huge fan of Diablo Magazine. To be recognized for my work is a true honor,” said Jennifer Chaney. “My photography style is different than most. I really work on capturing families as they exist today – funny, goofy, and imperfect. I want families to look back at these pictures and relive their early years.”
Specialized Customer Appreciation Program
On the heals of Jennifer Chaney being featured in the Best of the East Bay issue of Diablo Magazine, is her newly designed website, which includes a private client site. This site is designed for both new and existing clients and provides additional information on products, pricing, design, clothing guide, as well as help on photography related questions, such as how and where to hang family portraits.
In addition, Jennifer Chaney launched her very own customer appreciation program. This program is for active clients, those who have had a non-discounted session within the last 12 months. Each year, the special promotions will change. For 2010 active clients will receive a refresh session which includes a 45-minute everyday session and 10 digital pictures that can be reproduced for $745 dollars ($1,250 dollar value). If active clients would like a longer session and additional pictures, they will receive $100 dollars off. Since many parents are interested in polishing their photography skills, active clients can also attend Jennifer’s new beginning photography class.
Prior to Signature, Everyday, or Couple Sessions, Jennifer asks that all families fill out a detailed “get to know you” form. This provides parents an opportunity to share details about their family that will help Jennifer capture the most natural photographs. Jennifer wants to ensure that during the photography session she captures families as they live their lives everyday – taking baths, dancing, playing sports, laughing. By having them share information about what they love to do as a family or what makes their kids smile ensures that the photographs will depict the lives of each unique family.
