An independent research firm evaluates all entries and assesses nominated companies on a number of key measures in categories that include communication, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multiculturalism, employee education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, recruitment and selection, and work-life balance.
In all categories, the panels of judges looked for a unique thought process with top support from senior management and policy makers. They sought to identify above-average programs, services and solutions for employees, as well as adaptation to various new factors in the marketplace.
