New Asia Pacific Magazine Announced by Timeshare Publisher Perspective International

The newest version of Perspective International’s suite of magazines is announced, with the Asia Pacific edition marking the completion of a proposed 18 month expansion plan in half the time.

Perspective International has announced the latest addition to its contingent of magazines and online media outlets with the creation of an Asia Pacific edition of the magazine. This will be the fourth regional version of the shared ownership industry’s largest independent publication, complimenting existing magazines in North America, South Africa and the International version.

First published in 2005, Perspective Magazine took the timeshare and fractional ownership industry by surprise when it rapidly grew from a small European publication into a globally recognized leader in its field in a matter of a few years. In August 2009, an 18 month expansion and restructuring plan was put in place to create four regional titles under the Perspective Magazine name, to allow for more targeted content, increased readership and advertising opportunities.

The Asia Pacific edition was always scheduled as the final stage with a proposed launch date of January 2011. However, due to the success of the already established North America edition (launched February 2010) and the pre-sales for the South Africa edition (launching August 2010), this fourth version has been brought forward and will now be launched in September 2010 during the ATHOC Convention in New Zealand, where leaders from throughout Asia Pacific will gather for their annual conference.

“I’ve even surprised myself by finishing our expansion project in half its expected time, especially during such difficult economic times. With these new regional titles, we can now offer the timeshare industry so much more than before,” said Paul Mattimoe, CEO, Perspective International. “In addition to our European team, we are currently building our Orlando based team for the North America edition and plan to have small teams operating out of Asia Pacific and South Africa in the near future.”

Perspective Magazine’s grip on the industry’s media does not stop at print publications. All of the publications are located together on the main website, available in digital page-turn format and can be downloaded in PDF form for increased reach. The company also operates the most read online industry news sites, with number one Google listings for search terms such as “timeshare news” and “fractional news”, and it operates the largest online B2B social media network for the shared ownership industry. This network brings together all the best features of Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to one website and already totals more than 2,500 registered users in less than 5 months since its launch.
