Alchemy, the leader in training solutions for the global workforce, opens registration for the sixth annual Avatar User Group. This year’s event will be held at the Radisson Hotel and Suites in Austin, Texas on October 12 - 14, 2010.
Avatar is a hosted professional development management system (PDMS) that enables school districts and other organizations to deliver, manage and track professional learning content, events, and participants. Attendees of the 2010 Avatar User Group will represent school districts, service centers, professional development communities and institutions of higher learning from around the country.
While at the event, the attendees will learn about strategies from peer presentations and interactive on how to creatively use some of the advanced features in Avatar, such as establishing learning plans and designing assignments. There will also be plenty of time for networking, as Alchemy will host a happy hour from 6-8pm for arriving attendees on October 12th, and a customer appreciation dinner the night of October 13th.
