And, if awards are any indication, A Better Tripp’s customers are seriously happy: 2010 marks the fourth year in a row that A Better Tripp took home a “Winner of Distinction” commendation at the Houston Better Business Bureau’s Award of Excellence luncheon. The reward recognizes A Better Tripp’s excellent customer service record, commitment to business ethics, and overall excellence.
A Better Tripp won the BBB’s “Gold Star Award” in 2002, 2003, and 2006, marking over seven years of recognized customer-oriented business operations.
This past year, A Better Tripp also received the Angie’s List “Super Service Award.” A Better Tripp previously qualified for the “Super Service Award” in 2007 and 2008.
The “Super Service Award” is special because a company must be nominated by its own customers in order to receive the award. Customers rate companies according to quality of services, price, professionalism, punctuality, and customer service. Generally, fewer than 5% of companies in the Angie’s List directory are eligible for the Super Service Award.
“This is the third year in a row that our customers’ positive reviews have awarded us the ‘Super Service Award.’ We’re highly honored, and we want to maintain the quality that all of our customers expect,” says Tripp.
