Snapshot Scholar ends with Top 20 Finalists from University of California—Berkeley and Stanford University - Judging panel features student from Academy of Art University - Winner will receive grand prize of a $5,000 scholarship plus a $2,000 department scholarship

Hot Shot Media is pleased to announce Clay Brown, a student from the Art Institute of California—San Francisco, as a member of the judging panel for its Snapshot Scholar Photo Contest.

Clay Brown is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Art & Animation at the Art Institute of California—San Francisco. Brown is an avid photographer who loves to capture images that offer different perspectives of ordinary scenes. Brown will lend his expertise to choose a winner in the photo contest. The five-week contest on Snapshot Scholar allowed students and alumni from Stanford University and the University of the California—Berkeley to submit and vote on each others’ best photos. Each week, the photos with the most votes moved onto the next round. At the end of the fifth round, the top twenty photos are presented to the judges who will decide the winner.
