Blaine, Minn. (Vocus) July 8, 2010
Infinite Campus, Inc. announces the release of Campus Online Payments and the Infinite Campus District Edition E.1027 student information system. “E” represents the enhancement line delivering the latest features and innovations available from Infinite Campus.
Campus Online Payments is a low-cost electronic payment processing feature seamlessly integrated with Campus Food Service, Campus Fees and the Campus Portal. It eliminates third-party e-commerce software – no need to manage separate systems to receive payments.
Parents, guardians and staff can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, or direct debits from a checking or savings account to pay for food service charges and other school fees.
Highlights of the Infinite Campus District Edition E.1027 release include:
- Use the new roll forward, batch management, historical information support and reports available in Campus Transportation
- Establish redial preferences, and view the completed, in-progress, and canceled message log with Campus Messenger with Voice
- Numerous year-end state reporting and localization enhancements
In addition to the E.1027 release, Campus Custom Development announces the availability of remote dial-in capability for Campus Messenger with Voice. It allows remote dial in so the user can access daily uploaded contact information at the VOIP. The user can send district notices off site and select parents/students, staff or both to distribute the message. The user can also determine if the message should be sent district wide or to a school distribution list.
Infinite Campus announces Windows 7 support for the enhancement and maintenance release lines independent of any release number. Infinite Campus has included Windows 7 as an additional recommended minimum operating system platform.
The continuous release cycle reflects the commitment of Infinite Campus to Transforming K12 Education® and its dedication to delivering new functionality to customers. Campus Customers on the enhancement line benefit from the earliest possible use of new features that will make a difference in the lives of K12 educators, administrators, staff, parents and students. Release notes and information about recommended minimum operating systems can be found on the Campus Support Portal. Additional information can be obtained from your Campus Client Executive.
