The Training and Support departments have been expanded with new employees; a Corporate Trainer and two Technical Support Specialists. Each of the new employees comes from various backgrounds, bringing a distinct perspective to their respective positions. Jennifer Piansky, the new Corporate Trainer, will work with Sales and Support to provide new and existing customers personalized training. This service allows clients to quickly recognize an ROI on their TOPS investment. TOPS also welcomes Amy Mattero and John Stillwell as two new Technical Support Specialists. Each will assist clients on a daily basis to quickly resolve questions or problems as they arise.
