Chinese Drywall Alert:

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is urging anyone wishing to purchase a home built or remodeled between 2000 and 2009 in Florida, Southeast Texas, Louisiana, Alabama or Mississippi, to have a homebuilding inspection done with the number one focus being--does the home or condominium have symptoms of toxic Chinese drywall. Symptoms include black AC coils, black electrical wires and black copper. If the home or condominium has these symptoms the group says, "DO NOT BUY THE PROPERTY!" The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "we are aware of increasing numbers of bank foreclosures and/or short sales that involve toxic Chinese drywall homes in the US Southeast, they are being sold as is, frequently to homeowners who have no clue about toxic Chinese drywall, and/or the fact the house will need to be completely gutted." Further, the group says, "real estate flippers are now all over Florida buying toxic Chinese drywall homes--for, as an example, $65,000--from a bank and then reselling it to an unsuspecting consumer for $150,000. Does anybody in the State of Florida, up to and including Governor Not So Charming Crist have a problem with this?" Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "on the topic of worthless politicians, or government agencies, that don't do their job--where is the Federal Assistance on the US Chinese drywall disaster--why has President Obama not mentioned the topic one time in public? Why has President Obama's worthless US Consumer Products Safety Commissioned failed to recall one sheet of toxic Chinese drywall." Further, the group says, "why hasn't the US Centers for Disease Control issued health treatment protocols for the 100,000's of US citizens and children, stuck in a toxic house with poisonous imported Chinese drywall?" Why has the US Department of Justice failed to get involved in the Chinese drywall disaster?" The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "it's now been established one of the largest homebuilding supply houses in South Florida colluded with a Chinese drywall manufacturer and major US Homebuilders to conceal the fact that thousands of US homeowners were living in toxic homes in 2006--it's now 2010--anyone have a problem with that? We do!" Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

The group says, "when President Obama campaigned for his current position, he promised he would never miss a major US disaster. Toxic Chinese drywall is the worst homeowner environmental disaster in US history. Because of intermixing US made drywall with toxic Chinese drywall, we think 100,000's of US Southeast homes and families are at extreme risk, and Obama will not mention it in public?" The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center also says, "at what point does collusion between US homebuilders, a big Florida homebuilding supply house and a manufacturer of toxic Chinese drywall not show up on the Obama Administration's and/or the Justice Departments radar screen? At the point the kids all have cancer?" Further, the group says, "what will Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and President Obama tell 100,000's of completely innocent US homeowners to do--when they have to walk away from their home and their life savings--1000's already have? Blame it on President Bush? Wrong--this one's on you--you have had the Chinese drywall disaster since March of 2009 and done nothing." Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
