Upon graduating from Baylor University with a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports, Sponsorship and Sales, Bryan immediately went to work for the Houston Rockets in ticket sales in the inside sales department where he was responsible for selling season ticket packages, groups and suites. He also assisted in the management and training of the night sales staff. While working for the Rockets, Bryan had his first encounter with WebsiteAlive and Alive Chat, as he was responsible for implementing Alive Chat as part of the Rockets’ website experience.
Bryan then went to work for the Dallas Mavericks as an Account Executive, where he was responsible for managing and growing a multi-million dollar account base through customer retention and new business through sales of season ticket packages, suites and groups. He was also instrumental in the implementation of salesforce.com as well as training the sales department on its use. He was also responsible for implementing, managing and executing the day-to-day activities of the Mavericks’ Alive Chat.
