With plans to continue iTrip.net’s market and social media expansion, adding an experienced fourth partner will boost an already successful vacation rental management system.
Franklin, TN (PRWEB) July 12, 2010
As part of their 2010 market and social media expansion, iTrip.net, a full-service, web-based, vacation rental management system, has announced the addition of a new partner to their three man team; a team which already includes founders Steve Presley, Todd Morrison, and Thomas Bissmeyer.
Jim Olin, former CEO of ResortQuest International, is the newest member of iTtrip’s illustrious team. Olin has over 20 years experience in the vacation rental industry, including leading ResortQuest when it was the largest vacation rental management company in the world. Jim’s knowledge and expertise will prove to be invaluable to the continued growth and success iTrip.net has already built.
This new partnership had impeccable timing. Goldman Sachs, a full-service global investment and securities firm, recently released a report on the vacation rental industry. As of the first quarter of 2010, the headlined analysis read, “The turn has begun and there’s more to go.” The report also indicated a growth of about 28% in the vacation rental management industry.
“Industry wide, we’re seeing some great indicators. The market has definitely turned, pricing is firming up, and we’re seeing an increase in the number of booking nights,” says Tom Bissmeyer, founding member of iTrip.net.
Condo Owner Magazine has also featured iTrip.net as a new paradigm shift in the industry, and a new concept that’s growing rapidly in the market, stated Todd Morrison, another founding member of iTrip.net.
iTrip.net recently added two new markets in Pigeon Forge, TN and Clearwater Beach, FL- and they plan on adding six more markets before the year is up.
Along with market expansion, iTrip.net has expanded its online presence, in both social media and with a new website. You can find iTrip.net on social media sites such as Twitter and Face book, as well as on You Tube, where you can watch a variety of vacation rental industry clips- from how the iTrip vacation rental model works, to vacation stories, and other quirky vacation rental related videos.
