The Quebec City Summer Festival is underway, rain or sine, and ticket sales have hit new milestones and surpassed all expectations. but there are still a few thousand passes left at these three Metro stores in Quebec City: Old Québec lower town, 860 boul. Charest Est; corner of Marie-de-l'Incarnation, 707 boul. Charest Ouest; and in Old Québec upper town, 977 rue Cartier.
