This functionality allows a nomination form that has been configured specifically to meet the customer’s needs, processes and branding guidelines to be easily incorporated into partner portals, sales portals, corporate websites, and even community sites. Customer reference programs can then use this tool as a cornerstone to campaigns to their sales team, their partners or their customers. Once the nomination is complete, the nominations flow directly into ReferenceStor to become part of existing activity workflow. The new feature also has organization and contact de-duplication functionality, and field-by-field decision mapping.
