Accidental Injury in Day Care Centers is on the Rise

More parents are putting their children in day care then ever before which is contributing to the rise of accidental injuries occuring in these facilities. In order to prevent these accidental injuries, New York City child safety company expands their services.

Baby Bodyguards, LLC., New York City's full service child safety firm, today announced a unique new service for day care facilities. Baby Bodyguards will visit day care facilities to see if they are up to their safety standards, or instruct them on how to get there. This service will be of tremendous value to parents who are looking for the same safety standards they have in place at home in a facility their child will be spending a lot of time in. It will also help safety conscious facilities attract more families.

"At a time when more parents are forced to put their child into day care, we hope to make the process a bit easier by visiting centers, inspecting them and putting together a database of centers that are taking exceptional safety measures to avoid accidental injuries." said Fred Ilarraza, CEO of Baby Bodyguards.

"With 1 in 4 young children suffering an accidental injury in the home, it's no surprise that more injuries are taking place in day care centers where there is usually a larger adult to child ratio then in the home. With the proper safeguards, we can minimize these injuries" Ilarraza added.

This new service is available in New York City and Nassau County at the moment but will be expanding to other areas in the metropolitan area at a later date.
