With this newest upgrade, service departments within dealerships on the Autosoft DMS can now view previous recalls and service records and other critical vehicle information without having to go outside the DMS application. This makes using AutoSoft-GM VIS simplier and more user-friendly for service department personnel to use, increasing efficiency and operation productivity.

AutoSoft is an endorsed GM Integrated Dealer Management System (IDMS) provider. A major benefit of GM VIS is the integration of the scheduling applications within the AutoSoft service module. With use of the scheduling system, service personnel can import and export customer information from the scheduling module to the repair order screen.
