Software automates log collection, clearing, and consolidation required for auditing and regulatory compliance

We are very proud that Event Archiver 7.1 and Ipswitch’s WhatsUp Gold 14.2, which was previously awarded the CoN, have been recognized as being in compliance with the Army's strictest standards for software security.

Ipswitch, Inc.’s Network Management Division, the developer of the WhatsUp Gold suite of innovative IT management software, today announced that its Event Archiver software has received the Certificate of Networthiness (CoN) from the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command. The Certificate of Networthiness signifies that Event Archiver is configured to the current Army Golden Master baseline and complies with all U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) standards for security, compatibility and sustainability. A CoN is required for all enterprise software products deployed in the Army Enterprise Infrastructure Network and used by the U.S. Army, all National Guard, Army Reserve and DoD organizations.

The U.S. Army chose WhatsUp Event Archiver as a recommended solution to streamline the process of clearing, collecting, consolidating and storing log data for auditing and regulatory compliance purposes, because it exceeds the U.S. Army’s strict security, sustainability and interoperability requirements.
