The latest Screen forum event held at the Hospital Member’s Club in Covent Garden, London saw a panel of industry experts discussing the various aspects of creating compelling and relevant content for digital signs. This included speakers from Kinetic, CBS Outdoor, Realisation and Amigo. The audience saw many client campaign examples, gaining insights into their experiences using digital signage as an advertising/communication medium. An excellent case study from Sedley Place, the creative design agency, treated the attendees to an inspirational video showing the effectiveness of their Coca Cola world cup campaign during the 2010 World Cup. Digital View displayed a mixture of advertising content from various campaigns across their family of wide screen, all-in-one media players and LCD screens. Each display was supported by a custom built stand demonstrating the VideoFlyer™ family’s sleek design and build quality.
The VideoFlyer™ range of display systems have recently been augmented with new wide screen ‘sleek design’ format 10”, 15” and 21” displays. Each display has a custom built enclosure and built in media player as well as a host of other features. These durable devices display excellent quality images and sound (through built in stereo speakers) and are perfect for public display situations such as retail environments, museums or other public spaces. As the complete design has been delivered, digital content can be uploaded fast and the systems are ready to go out of the box. A range of accessories adds interactivity, remote control and device control. Digital View provides free content management/scheduling software for all media players and content can be uploaded via USB stick or over a remote connection.
