The Agent Footprints app documents a real estate agent’s professional life including listings, sold properties, and more importantly, visited properties. Agents simply check in to properties and neighborhoods via their iPhone. Check ins are recorded on a Footprints web page, with the agent’s branding, as an ongoing history of their professional work. They can even earn badges along the way. In the future, this information can be shared with clients and potential clients through web pages, blogs, email, Facebook, Twitter and other social networking platforms.
