Enhancing IRC Global Executive Search Partners’ (IRC) excellent client services is the aim of the newly elected European Team Leader (ETL), Patrick Westerburger, of Amsterdam-based Hagoort & Partners.
“Team Leaders intensify the contacts between various IRC members, and develop IRC’s huge potential – which benefits all our clients, worldwide,” says Mr. Westerburger.
IRC already has short communication lines among member firms, which differentiates the alliance from its international competitors.
“In general, our competitors are constricted by regulations, and are therefore less flexible – and what clients need now is flexibility,” explains Mr. Westerburger. “In the next decade, business changes will demand more flexibility in the workforce in European countries, and a fast answer as far as executive search is concerned. IRC has the potential to get those answers.”
As a leading global executive search alliance, IRC uses tough, exacting criteria when choosing new partners. As part of the alliances’ European expansion, Mr. Westerburger is targeting executive search firms in Hungary, among others, during his time as ETL.

During his ETL term, Mr. Westerburger is also committed to increase global awareness of IRC.
