Diagraph's YouTube Channel brings applications and customer success stories to life. You can actually see and hear the Maintenance Manager or Automation Technician talk about their inkjet coder or labeler and how it has benefited them. That's powerful!

Diagraph, An ITW Company is pleased to introduce the Diagraph YouTube Channel.
“We’ve asked our customers and prospects what resources they turn to when needing to purchase and implement new packaging equipment, and the common denominator in their response is that they like to see product application videos. Today’s packaging professionals are busy and can’t always wait for the next trade show to see products in action, so videos provide an immediate method for seeing new, innovative equipment 24/7 at their convenience, without even having to leave their office,” says Bill Myers, Marketing Manager for Diagraph.
Diagraph has taken this concept, and has posted over 50 videos of their marking, coding and labeling systems which include ALL-ELECTRIC SERVO label printer applicators and label applicators; LINX Continuous Inkjet and Laser Coders; Trident-based High-Resolution Impulse Jet; Integrated Valve Large Character Ink Jet; and HP Thermal Jet Systems. The videos show real-life product ID applications that manufacturers who need to code or label their products, packaging, and pallets can relate to and identify with.
Diagraph has also taken the use of the video medium a step further with customer interview success stories. “We basically have taken what has typically been a case history that would be published in a magazine, and brought it to life. Instead of just reading about a date coder, case labeler or marking system and looking at a static photo in a magazine, the use of video makes the testimonial much more real. You can actually see and hear the Maintenance Manager or Automation Technician talk about their ink jet coder or labeler and how it has benefited them. And while you’re watching the interview, video of the actual ink jet or labeling application on their production line is being shown as well, so you get a very good idea of that customer’s need and the solution provided. It’s the next best thing to being at their plant watching it live,” adds Myers.
And lastly, Diagraph has also added videos of product demonstrations from the trade show floor. Diagraph Engineering and Product Managers walk viewers through the features and benefits of automated labeling, ink jet and laser coding systems. “It’s like you’re right there in the Diagraph booth at Pack Expo. And that’s powerful because in today’s economy, companies are not sending buying teams of 4 to 6 people to a trade show like they did 5 or 10 years ago. There might be 1 or maybe 2 people attending per company, so being able to provide customers and prospects a look at the equipment shown at a major packaging trade show like Pack Expo, right on their computer screen, is of real value. In many respects, it brings the show to them,” says Myers.
