Concierge Communications Adds New Position to Company

In order to advance their agent programs, Concierge Communications has created a new position in the company. The addition of a Sales and Agent Assistant will aid the growth of the company and its agent community.

Concierge Communications today announced the addition of a Sales and Agent Assistant to the company. The position was created to enhance their agent community by improving the existing programs for sub-agents and polishing the systems for new agents.

Janelle Houston has been chosen to fulfill the role as the new Sales and Agent Assistant. Because of her IT industry experience, she will be able to develop strong relationships with clients and agents, assist in agent recruitment, act as an arbitrator for issue resolution and perfect the on-boarding process for new sub-agents.

“Janelle’s organizational and proposal writing skills will help us in the complex world of converged hosted and managed services that we offer clients,” said Clark Atwood, Vice President of Concierge Communications. “Her ability to relate to VARs and system integrators will enhance our agent offering to those groups. We want to help them become communications and technology agents as the SMB space embraces cloud computing over many local IT support options.”

Concierge Communications has experienced impressive growth within the past two years despite the economic downturn. In 2009, Concierge added members to their Sales Support Team, hired an Office Manager and created an in-house marketing department. In April of 2010, they acquired JB Telecom Consultants resulting in the addition of a new business partner, Jana Beck, and the expansion of the Sales Support Team. Soon after, they also acquired Streamline Management Group in June. The company will continue to add agents nationwide to focus on hosted and managed services.
