Infinite Campus Announces New Customer Community Site

Infinite Campus, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of a new website called the Campus Community available today to all current users of the Campus Support Portal as well as every user on the E.1027 release or higher. This new site provides single sign-on access from the Infinite Campus system to the new knowledge base, forum discussions, learning tools, support site, customer event calendar and news stories.

Infinite Campus, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of a new website called the Campus Community available today to all current users of the Campus Support Portal as well as every user on the E.1027 release or higher. This new site provides single sign-on access from the Infinite Campus system to the new knowledge base, forum discussions, learning tools, support site, customer event calendar and news stories.

“Our customers from across the United States are now connected with each other directly from their Infinite Campus user interface,” said Charlie Kratsch, founder and CEO of Infinite Campus. “The Campus Community is creating an interconnected group of customers to share knowledge, provide product tips and tricks, and promote peer-to-peer networking among our entire user base, be it teachers, staff, or administrators.”

The Campus Forums give Infinite Campus customers the ability to ask questions or provide assistance on a variety of discussion topics. The forums have the ability to include attachments and images to help aid in the discussion.

“Selected as one of the early testers of the Campus Forums, I have been able to see firsthand how the site will become a place I visit regularly to quickly have questions answered or share my Infinite Campus knowledge,” said Wayne Hess, application developer from Geary County Unified School District #475 in Junction City, Kan. “The forum provides a variety of focused topic areas for specific job roles within a district so you can talk to others with similar interests.”

The Campus Community site includes:

  •     Campus Knowledge Base for product information, step-by-step instructions and logic details
  •     Campus Forums to promote discussion amongst users by areas of interest including system administration, product modules and state reporting
  •     Support case management access with an improved user experience (for personnel with support access only)
  •     Learning tools such as self-paced tutorials and videos including Teacher Power
  •     Surveys for sharing opinions and ideas
  •     Events calendar for publishing customer and Infinite Campus events in your area
  •     News and relevant stories to public K12 education

This is the first release of the Campus Community, with additional improvements to be announced. To access the site contact your district’s Infinite Campus support person.
