E. Davon Kelly, CEO of NOVAD Management Consulting, has joined the Board of Directors of Boys Town Washington DC. Davon Kelly is no stranger to working with youth and is as committed to serving the community as he is to the field of management consulting. He has been a High School Boys Basketball Coach at a parochial school in the DC Metropolitan area for over 10 years where he uses the opportunity to focus youth on team building, leadership, attitude, and academics.
Kelly expresses his gratitude for the Boys Town Board appointment. “I am honored by the responsibility that has been entrusted to me and appreciative of the opportunity to work with Boys Town for young people who, with more role models, personal support and /or intervention, could believe in a positive future for themselves.”
A recipient of the 2010 Washington Business Journal’s Minority Business Leader Award, Davon Kelly also accomplishes his mission of empowering youth by providing annual NOVAD internships for emerging business students.
