MARSTEL-DAY, LLC, an environmental and conservation consulting firm based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, today announced that it has been awarded an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract that will provide competitive awards for service requirements solicited by Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, and the Marine Corps.

Rubin, President and Managing Partner of MARSTEL-DAY, LLC, an environmental and conservation consulting firm based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, today announced that Marstel-Day has been awarded an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract that will provide competitive awards for service requirements solicited by Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, and the Marine Corps. Rubin said: “We are thrilled to have been selected for this award and hope to begin using the contract vehicle immediately.”

The government estimates that a maximum of $5.3 billion in services will be procured annually through orders issued through the Navy Electronic Commerce Online Web-portal known as “SeaPort Enhanced” or “SeaPort-e”. The awards have a four-year base period with one five-year award term. These task orders will be competitively solicited, awarded and managed via SeaPort-e. The Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Va. will be the SeaPort-e contracting office. The SeaPort-e acquisition is comprised of regional zones wherein competition for task orders is based on where the principal place of contract performance is located. These awards will contain set aside requirements for small businesses, service disabled veteran owned small businesses, and historically under-utilized business zone (HubZone) small businesses.
