Miller & Smith, the Washington region's most award-winning homebuilder, recently unveiled its new Noble Pointe Collection of single family homes during a Sneak Preview Wine & Cheese event.
The event was extremely well attended as approximately 40 prospective homebuyers and brokers enjoyed the first official glimpse of Miller & Smith's newest home designs at Brambleton, Loudoun County's Community of the Year.
"We are absolutely thrilled with the response," said Kim Ambrose, Vice President of Marketing, Miller & Smith. "Having so many people attend, including many existing Miller & Smith owners looking to move into larger homes, speaks volumes about the quality of our design, construction and customer service."
Inspired by European cottage-style architecture, the Noble Pointe Collection is distinguished by a mix of materials and textures, cross-gabled roofs, porches, arched porticoes, and available front-facing chimneys and garages tucked way back.
The variety of textures, detailed rooflines, and mix of front and rear garages create streetscapes that are reminiscent of centuries old European villages. Inside, however, these homes are full of modern design features and open, airy living spaces.
Miller & Smith has a reputation for creating high-style, high-impact kitchens. Its award-winning team of architects and designers rose to the challenge once again, turning the heart of the home into a showcase feature of the Noble Pointe Collection.
The "Top Chef" Kitchens, which boast two-tiered center islands and high-end appointments, adjoin large Morning Rooms and even larger Great Rooms. Another exciting feature, which is already proving popular with prospective homebuyers, is an available Main-Level Master Suite.
Added Ambrose, "The highlight of the evening was when one couple actually put down a deposit on The Taymouth Model, (with main-level master suite), without even seeing the homesite. That's certainly a rarity for a preview event and a great way to kick off sales of this exciting new collection."
The new Noble Pointe single family homes range in size from 2,800 to 3,000 square feet and feature up to 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a 2-car garage. The Noble Pointe Collection is now selling at Brambleton from the low $500's.
