As one of Verizon’s valued vendors, B2B Soft was invited to meet with channel dealers and independent agents throughout the Great Plains region and present the latest version of its retail management platform, Wireless Standard.

B2B Soft, a business-to-business software company specializing in business management and POS solutions for the wireless/cellular retail industry, announced its participation in a series of Verizon Dealer shows in the Great Plains region. Held between June 7-11, 2010, the five events brought together Verizon dealers and their vendors and partners in Des Moines, IA, Lincoln, NE, Sioux Falls, SD, Fargo, ND, and Minneapolis, MN respectively.

As one of Verizon’s valued vendors, B2B Soft was invited to meet with channel dealers and independent agents throughout the Great Plains region and present the latest version of its retail management platform, Wireless Standard. Showcasing its newly redesigned GUI interface which dynamically streamlines and simplifies the user experience in an intuitive fashion, B2B Soft demonstrated many of Wireless Standard’s Verizon channel specific functions.

Wireless dealers and agents have to contend with new and ever more complex products and services launched by carriers, often along with high employee turnover. Wireless Standard’s new, easy to learn and simple to use interface makes transaction navigation second nature. The platform’s phone finder feature guides sales assistants through the sales process, steering them to the appropriate equipment and plans that best fit their customers’ needs.

Faced with constantly changing inventory, plans, and offerings, dealers can continue to count on Wireless Standard to provide the speed and flexibility to handle rapid changes. Entering, reconciling, and retroactively adjusting commissions is quick and painless. Wireless Standard can handle the tracking of multiple plans as well as multiple markets that have varying rates, with just one keystroke. It also easily tracks specific dealer equipment incentives for any specified time period.

“We are firmly focussed on finding custom solutions for our channel partners,” says Gay Khabinski, B2B Soft CEO. “Verizon dealers across the U.S. are increasingly turning to Wireless Standard because it can quickly and effectively handle the various challenges facing their business." Among them are Wireless Partners, which switched over to Wireless Standard in its 25 stores in Ohio and Illinois in June of 2010, while Go Wireless, based in New Hampshire, has been using Wireless Standard in its 12 locations since February 2010. Celluphone, Verizon’s largest master dealer with over 2,000 locations, is now implementing Wireless Standard as its platform of choice.

“We’re quite pleased with the results from our great plains Verizon tour,” says Don Rossi, B2B Soft’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Dealers were impressed with our Business Intelligence module and other features that are specifically tailored for the Verizon channel. We’re providing highly flexible and customizable features, giving them better control over their inventory, activations, and sales and commission reporting. We’re making a difference for Verizon dealers, and we’re pleased to see more and more of them using Wireless Standard as their management platform.”
