The upscale contemporary restaurant has been successful since opening in the Arthouse mixed-use development in the Keller Town Center, and continues to refine the business with these new changes. "Since opening a few months ago we have built a very strong dinner and bar business Tuesdays through Saturdays, as well as a loyal Sunday brunch following”, Said Peter D'Andrea, Vice President of Culinary Operations for Southern Land Company, the owner of the restaurant. Adding, "but we are impressed by the strong demand for daytime events and catering and would like to service that need.” Chef D’Andrea is the Executive Chef at City Hall.

Chef Sean Michael Rodney has the culinary experience to lead this effort, which includes stints at the Four Diamond Omni Hotel restaurant in San Antonio, Gaylord Opryland, and several Four-Star restaurants across the country. “Chef Sean is a skilled and passionate chef who has performed wonderfully for our restaurant”, said David Underwood, General Manager. “We believe his catering experience will enhance our fine dining and catering offerings in the Keller, Colleyville, Southlake and West Fort Worth markets.” Chef Sean plans to offer a contemporary, fresh menu consistent with the restaurants menu, but will expand the restaurant’s integration with the Keller Farmers Market and use more locally grown items. http://www.kellerfarmersmarket.com
