Trauma: Its Unexpected Effects Instant Caregiver-The Effects of Trauma by Lady-Jo has been released by Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc.
Trauma is manifested from sudden changes in one’s life. Most people have difficulties in battling against this. In Trauma: Its Unexpected Effects, Lady-Jo discusses how trauma affects a person who comes face-to-face with it. Once being troubled with trauma in one of her unforgettable life situations, she blatantly shares her own coping mechanisms, which teach her lessons and change her perspective on how to appreciate life and those who are around her.
Overcoming trauma requires total determination and willingness to heal, help from the experts, help from one another, and faith. In a book that can alleviate distress through inspirational inputs from a person who went through the same ordeal, Lady-Jo retells her own victory against trauma—the madness that changed her life forever.
