Qwitter has 1000’s of members who were amassed in just the first 8 months of being launched. Agora Technology just announced the addition of a premium service for a small monthly fee enabling users to get their notifications much faster. This fee will also place the users in a set number of emails that are sent out to the current Qwitter population; enabling them to advertise themselves or their business to thousands of people in a matter of seconds.
