According to A&B Ingredients, Pisane, a non-genetically modified (GMO) pea protein isolate, has one of the highest solubility levels of any vegetable protein. As a result, Pisane is particularly well suited for ready to drink (RTD) and nutritional beverages, weight control and sport food drinks.

Pisane has 80% solubility level at neutral PH and contains 88% to 90% protein.
Pisane is also highly digestible (98%), gluten free and exhibits low allergens.
