We desired for our customers and vendors to see not only a unity in ownership but commonality of purpose. We elected to change our company brands to improve the visibility of the H-E Parts group of companies
(PRWEB) July 24, 2010
On July 26, 2010, via each company’s websites, H-E Parts International will unveil the new face of H-E Parts International, Birrana, CME, Crown Parts and Machine, Dom-Ex, and H-E Parts Distribution.
H-E Parts International is the leading independent supplier of aftermarket parts and components serving the mining and construction industries. Rebranding the companies of H-E Parts International is an outward reflection of the many inward strengths and synergies realized since combining the group of companies. “We desired for our customers and vendors to see not only a unity in ownership but commonality of purpose. We elected to change our company brands to improve the visibility of the H-E Parts group of companies,” said J.P. Richard, CEO and Founder H-E Parts International.
Since 2006, H-E Parts has acquired seven independently owned companies. With over 200 years combined experience, each of the seven companies carried strong pre-existing brand identities. It is H-E’s vision to utilize the value of the existing brands, while moving forward with an updated look that recognizes the companies as a whole.
“During the past four years, we have leveraged technology and resources to broaden our product offerings and improve the value we provide our customers. This re-branding effort reflects a reality that began in 2006: to become one of the best independent suppliers of quality parts, components and equipment services,” commented Michael Coffey, COO Americas, H-E Parts International.
H-E Parts International was founded in 2006, and operates its headquarters out of Atlanta, Georgia. The H-E family has over 200 years of combined history in the mining and construction industries. Together, these companies offer solutions in support of surface mining equipment fleets, crushing and materials processing and mobile construction equipment fleets. The enterprise operates in four continents with 26 centers located near the world’s major mining locations.
