Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) July 27, 2010
The City of Los Angeles is about to publish their medical marijuana collective and dispensary priority list. This will drive the need for those fortunate enough to be included to desperately seek a new location within the next 30 – 45 days. As of this writing many collective and dispensary managers reported they are sick of getting the run around and often from many who say they can help.
While some collectives passively wait for the list to be published others will be actively attending online courses. Some with whom we spoke to mentioned a course they’ll be attending in their pre business hours on Thursday July 29, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. The course appears to be a well-designed “how to” approach in dealing with the next steps of the ordinance’s process.
Commercial real estate agent, Linda Kaye, the course instructor said, “In our experience the ordinance has defined several steps to get through the entire process. Because there is a lot of confusion about which step to take first, I designed a course for 420 Commercial Real Estate that outlines 10 key steps to follow in order to successfully navigate the “pre-inspection” process - it is a process. For those that can’t attend, a pre-recorded playback will be available at http://www.420CRE.com .”
420 Commercial Real Estate, a one stop resource center was created for collectives, dispensaries and other professionals to find a knowledgeable, credible commercial real estate agent. It evolved to find and hire other reputable agencies to work with.
