ClearSight Interactive announced today that has integrated its ClearProfile audience targeting datasets on Brilig's audience data commerce platform. Advertisers are now able to select from its over 180 available audience selects among Brilig's combined 2,100 audience profiles it offers within it marketplace. Using ClearProfile audiences, Advertisers will be able to identify and deliver banner ads to prospective customers based on proven offline demographic and psychographic purchase propensities plus geographic purchase intensities.

Rather than identifying an individual's personal behavior through use of a cookie tracking currently employed by behavioral targeting companies, ClearSight has modeled IP Address geo-locations to neighborhoods through proprietary technology verified by self-submitted permission-based website registration data. Traditional offline aggregated data, indexed at the ZIP+4 and census block level, is then appended for use in audience targeting.

Through its arrangement with Brilig, ad agencies through their DSPs can now directly access ClearSight's audience profiles that fit their targeting objectives. The Brilig system allows audience buyers to access its dictionary online and identify available data sources. These audience segments can then be mixed and matched and analyzed against existing campaign data to see which segment is responsible for increased level of ad engagement. In addition to ClearProfile audience selects, Brilig also offer audience profiles from companies that include Rapleaf, TidalTV and Chango.
