Lisa Hicks has 30 years of insurance experience, having held middle-to-senior management roles in business strategy, corporate marketing, and corporate communications. Her research experience includes managing studies involving new product development, business strategy consulting, best practices, competitor profiling, marketing strategies, sales tactics, prospecting, pricing, and distribution. Ms. Hicks’ knowledge of insurance coverages and markets spans all lines, including life, health, personal and commercial property and casualty, surety, and alternative risk. Ms. Hicks also has a strong consulting background working with agents/brokers, executive leadership, and product management.
