The addition of Sally A. Arconti will add a new dimension to the executive development group GlobalEdg LLC by heading up a new practice within the firm focused on growing leadership talent and capability. Ms. Arconti will also be furthering the company's strategic consulting services to clients seeking transformative business results.

Paul V. Butler, Managing Director of GlobalEdg LLC, a leading provider of executive development, organizational performance and change management consulting services, today announced the addition of Sally A. Arconti to the firm.

As a senior consultant, Ms. Arconti joins the team that provides strategic consulting services to clients seeking to achieve transformative business results. “Especially during these uncertain and turbulent economic times, organizations must make clear strategic choices and then align their organization to execute with nimbleness and speed,” said Paul Butler, founder and managing director of GlobalEdg. In addition, Sally Arconti will lead a new practice within the firm focused on growing leadership talent and capability. Ms. Arconti brings to this practice her extensive experience as an HR executive with fast paced consumer product and technical innovation companies where she was known as a trusted advisor and credible, innovative strategist that aligned business and pragmatic people strategies. Ms. Arconti held HR leadership roles in global companies such as Procter & Gamble, Gillette, Duracell and Perkin-Elmer and has done independent consulting in the HR arena for organizations in the for profit and non-profit worlds. Immediately prior to joining GlobalEdg, she ran an outplacement practice for Right Management in the Connecticut market and coached executives in job search. Ms. Arconti holds a B.A. from Western Connecticut State University and has also completed the Executive Leadership Program through Generative Leadership Group.
