91% of Foreclosed Fresno Properties Sell at REDC Auction for $4.8M

Auction Fuels Local Economy.

Ninety-one percent of the foreclosed Fresno properties auctioned by REDC (http://www.auction.com) last night at Fresno Convention Center sold for $4.8 million.

The auction was the third of a four-day Northern Calfornia auction series by REDC, the nation's leading real estate auction company. The auction series has thus far generated $28.3M in Sacramento, Santa Clara and Fresno. This year, more than $100 million has been spent in NoCal at REDC foreclosure auctions.

Deals of the Day:

2693 W Bullard Ave Fresno, CA 93711 sold for $210,000 – 69% less than its previous high value $670,000;

6345 N Brix Ave Fresno, CA 93722 sold for $126,000 – 66% less than its previous high value $365,000;

943 W Pontiac Way Fresno, CA 93705 sold for $60,375 – 64% less than its previous high value $165,000;

Tonight is the NoCal series finale at Modesto DoubleTree Hotel at 6:30 p.m.
