New York-based,Complete Discovery Source (CDS) and the Organization of Legal Professionals (OLP) today announced that Matthew Knouff, General Counsel for CDS will be co-teaching the upcoming eDiscovery course to be offered by the OLP.
The course, e-Discovery, The Next Level, will be an online, eight week, advanced course for electronic discovery professionals with at least 2-3 years’ experience. It will cover all phases of the eDiscovery process along with legal and ethical considerations. This course is one of three to be offered by the OLP. The other two are a beginning course and a class on eDiscovery for technical personnel.
Matthew Knouff, Esq., is an expert in eDiscovery best-practices, Litigation Readiness & the intersection between information ecosystems & the law. He has been the General Counsel for CDS since 2008 and is a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production. Mr. Knouff also sits on the Board of Directors, for the New York County Lawyers' Assoc., Cyberspace Law Section. He will be teaching the course sections on new search methodologies, metadata and the Meet and Confer.

e-Discovery, The Next Level begins August 3, 2010. The course utilizes the latest in distance education technology including live, interactive teaching sessions. Instructors and students will discuss, in real-time via webcam, topics, issues, and questions related to e-discovery.
