One of the biggest foreclosure auctions in U.S. history -- 1,500+ new foreclosures -- opens at Ft. Myers' Harborside Events Center tonight at 6:30 p.m. The 6-day, 8-city auction series is conducted by REDC, the nation’s leading real estate auction company. Media is welcome and may shoot video/photos of any property and interview any bidders.

REDC has auctioned 2,185 Florida foreclosures in 28 auctions this year for $98 million.

The best auctions deals tonight include:

12430 Country Day Cir Ft Myers, FL 33913 – 3,296 sq ft. 11-room house previously valued to $546,600;
