Perforce Software’s Bill Baffy will present “Adopting Scrum: Best Practices for Jumping the Hurdles” at the East Bay Innovation Group meeting on Wednesday, August 4. Baffy, a ScrumMaster and project manager for the Visual Clients development team at Perforce, will discuss the recent challenges his team faced while implementing the Scrum framework.
“Adopting a new methodology can be very disruptive if it’s not done properly,” said Baffy. “I look forward to discussing our process and sharing what has worked well, what hasn’t, and what to consider before making the leap to an iterative process.”
The East Bay Innovation Group (eBig) is the San Francisco East Bay's leading technology forum. eBig is focused on building, connecting and educating the East Bay's technology and business community. For more information about the event, please visit http://www.ebig.org/
