GameFilmXchange, the premier web based Free Sport Video Platform for Game Film is announcing a limited beta program for California High School Football Coaches.
Thousand of hours of Game Film are shot every day on playing fields and in gymnasiums across this country; GameFilmXchange was developed to maximize the utility of this game film.
“The goal of GameFilmXchange is to provide a level playing field, where all schools regardless of their resources, can utilize a state of the art video platform to maximize the use of game film as a teaching tool, “ said Brian Cairney, founder of GameFilmXchange. “In addition to being a very effective teaching tool, GameFilmXchange provides a secure method for coaches to exchange game film, eliminating the need to copy, deliver or mail DVD’s to opposing teams.”
The goal of the limited Beta Plan is to allow Coaches to test drive the platform, and give feedback to GameFilmXchange on user interface and features, to fine tune the platform for release in September, just in time for the beginning of the football season. “I am excited to have fellow coach’s feedback on the user interface and especially on the Play Tag function” said Cairney.
The GameFilmXchange platform with the Play Tag TM function allows coaches to highlight and comment on specific plays, or play sequences, taking Game Film to a new level as a teaching tool. The Play Tag function allows coaches to communicate exactly the areas of the game film where both athletes and coaches need to focus.
