I have been very blessed and fortunate to succeed and live such a happy life, and I can only hope that by helping institutions like this, these children will have the same opportunity and drive in order to succeed in their own lives

Ahmad Khawaja, a successful businessman, entrepreneur, and philanthropist supports numerous causes which vary over different regions of the world, many of which benefit underprivileged children.  Along with the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) and UNICEF, Ahmad Khawaja donates to the Alma Adamkus Orphanage located in Lithuania.  While traveling the world, Andy came across this organization in Lithuania. He was immediately struck with empathy, concern, and passion for these children. Needless to say, aiding this orphanage is extremely important to Mr. Ahmad Khawaja.

The Alma Adamkus Orphanage is home to thousands of Lithuanian children living in villages under the care of Mrs. Alma.  She not only gives these children shelter and offers a better life, she also inspires them to pursue an education and live a successful life.  Even with Mrs. Alma's immense compassion and care for these children, none of it would be possible without donations and assistance from people like Ahmad Khawaja, whose resources help fund the institution.

"Traveling through Lithuania gave me the opportunity to see many children without parents, and what Mrs. Alma is doing is truly remarkable," says Ahmad Khawaja. "I have been very blessed and fortunate to succeed and live such a happy life, and I can only hope that by helping institutions like this, these children will have the same opportunity and drive in order to succeed in their own lives."
