Turnbull Mfg. Co., in association with The Ruger Collector’s Association Display Shows, is proud to present the RCA 2010 Annual Fund Raising Rifle.
The 2010 Raffle Prize is a Ruger #1S rifle chambered in .45-70 that has received Turnbull's extensive Ruger #1 package; which includes color case hardening of the receiver, lever, scope base and rings; rust blued barrel; charcoal bluing of the metal parts; stock refinishing with hand-rubbed oil; checkering is re-cut by hand; and a new butt pad is installed. This handsome rifle also has a "Turning Bull" custom brass pistol grip cap insert and the Turnbull Mfg. Co. logo is engraved on the bottom of the receiver.
Only a limited number of tickets will be available. Tickets will be $20 each or $100 for 6. Tickets may be purchased between August 18th and November 13th. You may purchase tickets using PayPal by sending a payment to rcadisplayshows(at)gmail(dot)com, or you can send a check to pay for raffle tickets, with a note inside indicating what you want, to: Matt Olivier PO Box 374 Old Zionsville, PA 18068. Tickets may also be purchased at the RCA booth at the Wannamacher Gun Show in Tulsa, OK on November 13, 2010. A drawing for the winner will take place during the annual Ruger Collectors Association banquet on Saturday, November 13th, 2010 at the Wannamacher Gun. Winner need not be present to win.
Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Ruger Collectors Association Display Show funds. These funds are used to run the RCA display shows, the NRA show, fund trophies, improve their recruitment tables, fund member badges, etc.
The rifle will be transferred from Turnbull Mfg. Co. to the winner's FFL shortly after the drawing. Please note that the rifle will only be shipped to a licensed dealer upon receipt of a signed copy of their FFL.
