Blaine, MN (Vocus) August 25, 2010
Gilbert Public Schools (GPS), the third largest district in Arizona with more than 39,000 students, has selected Infinite Campus® as its district-wide student information system (SIS).
“GPS chose Infinite Campus for several reasons,” said Matt Baker, GPS Information Systems Manager. “The size and stability of the company, and its proven track record for success in Arizona and across the country were two of the main reasons Infinite Campus was the best option for us.” GPS also found the communication tools, scheduling capabilities and data analysis superior to the competition.
GPS and Infinite Campus have a shared goal of providing individualized learning for all students. “GPS is always looking to strengthen and improve collaboration with others across the country,” said Barbara VeNard, GPS Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services. “Infinite Campus will help support our achievement goals and increase stakeholder collaboration. We are looking forward to this partnership.”
As the second largest provider of K12 SIS in Arizona and the largest American owned SIS, Infinite Campus looks forward to partnering with GPS to expand our Arizona customer base.
Ashton Faires, Infinite Campus Western Regional Sales Manager, worked closely with GPS. “As a resident of Arizona, I am happy to see more and more Arizona districts evaluating the available options and choosing Infinite Campus as their SIS,” says Faires.
GPS plans to go live on Infinite Campus January 2011.
