One Sexy Deal Aims to be the Next Evolution of Online Lingerie Shopping

The decision to create the website stemmed from the requests of site founder Rose Emmons’ friends and family. “Being a lingerie wholesaler,” says Rose Emmons, “my family and friends all knew they could skip the big lingerie chains and come to me for a better price. So I thought, why not do this for everyone?”

The new website will follow in the footsteps of deal-a-day websites like Woot.com, by offering a new lingerie item each day starting at 7:00 a.m. Pacific time. Each daily deal will be available for purchase for 24 hours. Lingerie to be offered will include baby dolls, teddies, corsets, bustiers, bra and panty sets, camisole and panty sets, robes, thongs, g-strings, stockings, pajamas, and adult costumes. Sizes will vary depending on the item offered, and will range from small to 3X. Items will be sold between 10% to 50% off of retail prices. Currently the website only accepts U.S. orders, with future plans to ship to more countries including: Canada, Mexico, Great Britain, and Australia.

“I’m very excited about the launch of our website,” says Rose Emmons. “No one else is doing anything like this on the web. Our goal is to be the next evolution of lingerie shopping.” Future plans include a clothing line and the launch of a bath and body products line by winter 2010.
