Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Urges More Time to Identify Toxic Chinese Drywall Victims in US Gulf States ands Adds an Inspection Initiative

Supposedly a deadline of September 3rd 2010 has been decreed, with respect to identifying toxic Chinese drywall in all US homes. Specifically this decree includes Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall that was imported into the United States, including Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Southeast Texas, in 2005-2006. Apparently, after September 3rd 2010 any homeowner wishing to get assistance, or a settlement from the Chinese manufacturers of toxic Chinese drywall will be forced to go through the International Court of the Hague, at a cost of $15,000 per case. The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "who makes this stuff up? We have hundreds of thousands of US Southeast citizens stuck in Chinese drywall toxic homes, we think we have only identified 1 in 25 US Southeast homeowners living with toxic Chinese drywall-Judge Fallon-please don't let this happen-we are begging-we need more time." The group is also saying, "in order to protect innocent US citizens in Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and Southeast Texas from buying a too good to be true priced foreclosures-we are putting together a team of home inspectors to try to make certain they do not buy a toxic Chinese drywall home." Washington, DC (Vocus) August 30, 2010

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "this toxic Chinese drywall catastrophe is an unprecedented national disaster, and now with this unpublished drop deadline of September 3rd 2010, its a national disgrace. Most people in the US Southeast living with toxic Chinese drywall still don't know they have it. Typically the way they discover toxic Chinese drywall is their air conditioning repair person tells them-You are on your second AC coil in three years-I think you have toxic Chinese drywall." Americas Watchdog's Chinese Drywall Complaint Center initiative is not going to go away at 5 PM EST on Friday September 3rd 2010. They say, "what are these toxic Chinese drywall victims supposed to do-walk away from their American dream, throw away their furniture, and go bankrupt? They are completely innocent victims!" http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "just as insulting as the September 3rd drop dead deadline is the fact President Obama has not mentioned toxic Chinese drywall in public one time since taking office? No federal disaster relief for these victims? However, a few weeks ago he was able to get a special session of Congress to get billions of relief for government employees?" They say, "what happened to President Obama's I'll never miss a US disaster pledge? With proof national homebuilders, building supply firms, and the owners of Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall concealing, or colluding to conceal the toxicity of Chinese drywall-where is the Justice Department?" The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "how does a US President, or a US Congress put the Chinese drywall disaster on ignore? The US homeowner/Chinese drywall disaster involves serious crimes, people were put in toxic homes without an even-oh by the way, and the national press has barely covered this story. Chinese drywall in US Southeast homes is just as bad as the BP Deepwater Horizon oil disaster." http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "our big new worry is without any settlement from the Chinese drywall makers, and or help from the US Federal Government, 10,000's & 10,000's of helpless US homeowners will simply walk away from their toxic Chinese drywall home in Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and Southeast Texas. Even worse-the banks will just resell the homes AS IS." The group says, "US banks, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac need to start bulldozing foreclosed homes in the US Southeast, that contain toxic Chinese drywall. Why keep on re-circulating toxic US homes, and in doing so put 10,000's of new US families at both financial, and physical rick?" In order to prevent Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and US banks from reselling a new flood of toxic Chinese drywall homes in Florida, Southeast Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi, the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is going to assemble a team of knowledgeable, and honest homebuilding inspectors who will perform the following the following Chinese drywall indicator inspection within the next three weeks: The inspections will include the following:
     * Check all copper tubes, pipes, copper electrical ground wires in all electrical outlet boxes, or AC coils (if the home is less than ten years old & the coils, or copper is black, we will tell the potential buyer not to purchase the home.

  •      Check attic for any signs of toxic Chinese drywall to include Knauf Tianjin, drywall that says China on the back, and or blank drywall-The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center considers all blank drywall to be of Chinese origin. If there is any sign of Chinese drywall in a bank foreclosure the inspection report will say do not buy this home.

Honest home building inspectors in Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and or Southeast Texas wishing more information can contact the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center via their web site at http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "September 3rd 2010 drop deadline, or not-we are not walking away from the Chinese drywall disaster,or for US homeowners stuck in a toxic home in the US Southeast. We are also not going to stop pressuring President Obama, and the Nancy Pelosi Congress to help these precious souls stuck in a toxic home." The group also says, "we also intend to make it impossible for a bank, Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac to resell a toxic Chinese drywall home to an unsuspecting US family. We will make sure an honest service is available for potential homeowners in the US Southeast-to make certain their too good to be true foreclosure deal is not a toxic house courtesy of dear friends the Chinese, and greedy US banks." http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
