Smart Automation and Integration
Clients who use both SalesDoc Architect and Tigerpaw can utilize information from both applications without having to re-key data, allowing them to sell to and service their clients more efficiently and with more accuracy. Companies that use Tigerpaw software throughout the sales process from pre-sales to order fulfillment and implementation are able to leverage their data to produce customized proposals within SalesDoc Architect. With a few mouse clicks, a user can import contact information from Tigerpaw into SalesDoc Architect to begin preparing a customer proposal. Users can also import parts and pricing from a Tigerpaw quote into SalesDoc Architect, further decreasing the time required to configure a complex solution. Once the proposal has been accepted by the customer, quote information from SalesDoc Architect can be imported back into Tigerpaw to fulfill the order – without re-keying data at any point during the process.
